On March the 7th 2025 Margarita Krusharev takes you to Spain and together we dive deeper into the well-known Rioja wine region! In this Masterclass “The Future of Rioja: new styles and new philosophy” she explains how climate changes are developing the famous region and sub-regions. New styles and grape varieties are discussed and tasted!

On Friday, October 4, we will receive Jean-Rémy, the European sales director of AXA Millésimes to our Academy. He takes us to the wine region Bordeaux and tells us about various (Grand Cru Classé) wines from the area, with the stars of the evening being Château Pichon Baron – Deuxième Grand Cru Classé and Château Suduiraut – Premier Grand Cru Classé. Of course these wines will also be tasted! In addition to red wine, we taste sweet white wine and dry white wine from Bordeaux, something that is not yet known to everyone!

On Friday evening, June 14, 2024, Rowan Daniels will take you on a tasteful journey through various wine regions and we will discover various sparkling wines, made in a classic way.
Rowan Daniels; Register Vinologist, Magister Vini i.o. & sommelier at wine bar Paskamer has a great passion for sparkling wines and she will share her knowledge with us on this evening!
The focus of this masterclass is on the traditional winemaking method of sparkling wines, the so-called ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’. And although this method has its origins in France (Champagne), winemakers all over the world have embraced this technique, each with a unique local twist. We will explore the influences of local grape varieties and countries on the styles and flavors of these sparkling wines.
